About this role

The Data Center HVAC Parts Execution Lead is responsible for managing the delivery assurance and execution of data center parts. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory to maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the data center parts strategy to meet both internal and external customer key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in parts

  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive pricing.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, and sales teams to align data center parts strategy with product development and market demands.

  • Monitor key performance indicators related to parts execution, analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve processes.

  • Act as an advisor to business unit leaders on best practices related to data center parts strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, aftermarket, operations, or general management

  • Travel 20%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of HVAC components, systems, and technologies.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format across a wide audience.

  • Ability to quickly identify new and innovative ways to work faster and simpler.

  • Familiarity with inventory management software and procurement processes.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement effective solutions.
