Role Description:

The Change and Engagement Lead is responsible for driving change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of organizational transformations. This role requires a deep understanding of change management methodologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will lead engagement activities, facilitate training programs, and support the cultural shift necessary for successful change implementation.

Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and frameworks to support business transformations.
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify change impacts on employees, processes, and technology.
  • Implement structured change methodologies like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or Lewin’s Change Management Model.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans.
  • Develop communication plans to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to reinforce change messages and ensure alignment with business goals.

Training & Capability Building:

  • Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for change adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and change champion networks.
  • Develop training materials, FAQs, and guides to support end-users.

Employee Experience & Culture Transformation:

  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee experience and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Address resistance to change and support leadership in managing employee concerns.
  • Encourage innovation and agility within teams.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Define key success metrics and track change adoption progress.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and make data-driven improvements to change initiatives.
  • Provide reports and insights to senior leadership on change effectiveness.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience & Expertise:

  • 15+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale change initiatives in Workday, ERP, Digital Transformation, or Process Optimization.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Ability to drive change initiatives at an enterprise level.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing and engagement skills with diverse teams.
  • Communication & Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple change projects and deliverables effectively.
  • Emotional Intelligence & Adaptability: Understanding of human behavior and ability to navigate resistance to change.

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Agile/Scrum Certification
