• Expand and achieve sales of service repair package (SR Package) of HVAC equipment, chiller and chiller plant improvement retain an existing customer.
• Coordinate with customers for preventive maintenance and improvement or upgrade solution.
• Retain a good relationship between company and the existing customers
• Provide proposal and negotiate with customer for SR package
• Follow up and convince the customer to do SR package
• Coordinate with relevant teams to solve troubleshooting works as customers’ requirement
