Job Description

• Responsible for supervising the development of various categories of software for applications and operating systems.
• Supervises the team that develops, codes, tests and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software.
• Oversees technical staff to understand and resolve software problems. Responds to customer suggestions for improvements/enhancements.
• Plans for future platform requirements to support business needs. Establishes Development Operations (DevOps) strategy to ensure quality software deployments and overall application health and performance.
• Supervises quality assurance audits across software platforms to confirm accuracy.

Minimum Requirements
Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience
Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience
OR
An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
