About this role

This position is for an established professional in Industrial Engineering, who works autonomously with limited supervision, supports senior engineers in a range of activities associated with defining and evaluating problems, recommending solutions, and expediting production or logistics operations and processes to ensure quality control and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applies in depth knowledge in analytic methods or tools to understand, predict, or control logistics operations or processes.
  • Compiles operational data, develops cost or time estimates, schedules, or specifications to support the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow.
  • Prepares management reports to define and evaluate problems and recommend solutions.
  • Regulates and alters work flow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences, and lead times to expedite production operations.
  • Works closely with workers engaged in product development, completion, measurement, inspection, and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics
  • 2 years of experience working in logistics, warehouse and/or manufacturing setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in logistics and material flow engineering.
  • Have strong organizational, communication, partnership and social skills.
  • Practice strong relationship skills with the ability to work across a broad range of job levels
  • Excellent analytical skills, including strong facility with quantitative analysis techniques
