About this role:
Responsible for supervising the entire Digital product life cycle from planning to execution.
Researches and analyzes market conditions and identifies key trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements.
Articulates a clear vision rooted in addressing customer problems. Determines product features and functions and supervises product development.
Responsible for supervising end-to-end testing results and considering alternative processes, metrics, go-to-market, and change management implications.
Reports on voice of the customer and established KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Ecommerce Project Manager for the Parts Division of Carrier, you will be responsible for overseeing data management and upkeep, including manual entry of parts, updating prices, intake process prioritization, and ensuring seamless order flow. The role requires a strong focus on quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and a deep understanding of both the product and the ecommerce platform.
Data Management and Upkeep:
- Oversee the accurate and timely manual entry of parts into the ecommerce system.
- Update and maintain product prices in alignment with business strategies.
Intake Process and Prioritization:
- Manage the intake process for new products, ensuring efficient prioritization based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Order Flow Management:
- Ensure orders are processed seamlessly from initiation to fulfillment.
- Implement measures to optimize order flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitoring and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular monitoring of the ecommerce platform to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
- Perform quality assurance checks on product listings, ensuring consistency and compliance with standards.
User Acceptance Testing:
- Collaborate with the development team to conduct user acceptance testing for new features and updates.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance the user experience and platform performance.
Product and Platform Understanding:
- Develop a deep understanding of the product catalog and ecommerce platform functionalities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the ecommerce process.
Process Adherence and Innovation
- Demonstrate proficiency in adhering to existing processes while displaying adaptability and the capability to innovate, creating new processes for a more streamlined and efficient workflow.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 + years of experience in e-commerce project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce project management.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with order management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Experienced Digital Product Management professional. Determines product features and functions, and oversees product development liaising with cross-functional teams.
