About this role:

This position is for a seasoned professional in Project Management, who works independently, supports the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects, facilitates project tasks with various functional organizations, forecasts project revenues, tracks progress, identifies project problems, and recommends resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility to ensure adherence to the established program plan, schedule, and budget.
  • Tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules.
  • Forecasts project revenues and re-estimates project costs monthly to monitor costs and to maximize project profitability.
  • Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance.
  • Maintains and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.
  • Identifies and addresses project problems and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Facilitates project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • GED/high school diploma
  • 5 + years of experience building automation systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact within a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment, and sense of ownership
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
