About the role

Job Description Summary:

The job opening is for an ERP Team Leader at Carrier Transicold Ltd in Rotterdam, responsible for managing ERP systems and databases.

The candidate should have experience guiding a team through the transition from ERP BaaN IV to SAP (S/4HANA).

Requirements

• Requires advanced knowledge of IT/ERP systems obtained through a Bachelor/University degree.
• A few years of relevant experience.
• Good command of English in speaking and writing.
• Good communication skills.
• Pro-active and positive attitude.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination, design, development and maintenance of various ERP systems & databases.
• Works cross functionally to understand business requirements and propose digital solutions.
• Coordinates, configures, develops, test and deploys new and existing systems for optimal us.
• The ability to translate end user needs into IT solutions.
• Coordinates training on systems for relevant end users.
• Coordinates sales force effectiveness digital initiatives across the organization.
• Comply with company’s code of ethics and complete all online trainings.
