Key Responsibilities:

Order Execution & Logistics

Customer’s main contact window for order, delivery and specific requirement.

Validate sales order from customer, in terms of model code, quantity, price, delivery date and other terms.

Give necessary instruction to Order Processor, including TP, accrued late cost, etc.

Coordinate logistics, such as shipping instruction, container requirement, product dimension, specific document required by customs etc.

Track order status and resolve the ad hoc issues to avoid delay.

Trace payment and communicate with customers to ensure timely cash collection.

Verify supplier's invoices and documents, arrange timely payment to vendor.

Track Tax Refund status.

Pricing Support

Maintain standard TP list from supplier and update in ERP system.

Maintain pricing list to customers and update in ERP system.

Large project pricing support: evaluate special pricing request for large or image project and assist in getting pricing support from supplier.

TP and cost analysis for new business.

Annual rebate calculation and reconciliation.

Sales Analysis & Forecast

Prepare order related documents and ensure to realize the sales timely

Recon logistics cost, true up variances on quarterly basis

Collect and consolidate rolling forecast from entities, track month-to-month movement

Prepare monthly sales and margin forecast package and explain variance versus prior forecast & annual plan

People management

Supervise 1 person, dedicated to order, logistics & pricing support

Guide team member to operate under the Carrier Way

Follow team members career steps & expectations

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Order & logistics, Operations, Business Administrative, Finance etc.
  • 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferred HVAC segment.
