About the role
This position manages a team of intermediate or experienced Distribution Channel Management professionals and leads distribution channel management activities and ensures operational plans and objectives are met. You will also be responsible for making significant improvements to processes and standards in order to enhance performance of distribution channel management team.

Experience
- Able to initiate and lead sales pitches, price negotiations with high profile customers.
- Expert knowledge in service contract cost calculation and offer preparing.
- Deep knowledge of industrial refrigeration products, services and industry standards.
- Deep knowledge of industrial refrigeration market (systems, customers, competitors, market trends).
- Fully understand the standard service processes, metrics and KPI’s (from revenue to costs and margin).
- Understand customer needs, able to listen and provide expected services.
- Deliver positive results in the agreed timeframe.
Qualifications
- MBA or Advanced Degree preferred with a concentration in business or engineering.
- Strong experience in channel management or sales in the industrial refrigeration.
Responsibilities
As a Service Industrial Segment Global Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Originating autonomously new service and aftermarket business in industrial refrigeration segment by contacting potential clients and offering Carrier BluEdge Service Agreements, the company’s best-in-class service and aftermarket offerings for refrigeration systems.
- Maximizing the volume of service sales in industrial refrigeration segment by designing tailor made service offering including modernization programs and digital services.
- Taking full responsibility for the sales activity within segment and drive increased shares in cooperation with sales teams in the countries.
- Driving customers relationship through frequent meetings to discuss customers feedback and needs, new products (including Carrier digital offering and modernization programs) and industry perspectives.
- Developing and driving training programs to improve product knowledge and sales competences in the organization.
- Working with different areas of the organization (Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Operations) to develop solutions which are strategically grounded in the industrial clients needs and develop any needed materials to support the sales process.
- Knowing and understanding the competition’s capabilities and gaps to better position Carrier BluEdge offering.
- Achieving individual annual sales and margin targets.
- Preparing reports on sales activities, including leads generated and their status and hit rate.
