• Collect, consolidate and analyze market / competitive intelligence to understand market trend and competition movement. Maintain market data analysis database.
• Conduct VOC to understand evolving customer needs. Understand the gap to develop and maintain product roadmaps / product lifecycle management, initiate product programs and take lead on its execution.
• Work closely with R&D and factories to take lead on product development programs and processes, ensure on schedule and on KPI delivery and competitiveness in the market.
• Work closely with eng. and sale team to develop selling tools for new products and existing products, meanwhile carry out launch activities, esp. training, promotion and support pilot job reference for new products
• Work with regulatory organizations on matters related to commercial refrigeration industries in order to promote CR products, technologies and solutions.
• Follow closely with the natural refrigerant movement, e.g. CO2, inverter
• Tracking product financial performance and conduct related analysis and report
