Regional Finance Business Partner (Singapore Malaysia and Brunei)

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive and deliver financial and business objectives in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei through close partnership with VP/GMs and other functional leaders

• Conducts financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support short-term business goals and decisions

• Prepares forecasts and performs financial modeling to develop recommendations for management

• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, HR, and other Functional teams to ensure solid execution of strategies
• Perform daily, weekly, or monthly analyses, to support achieving financial commitments

• Support the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules including business reviews, strategic plans, and other leadership presentations and annual plans as needed

• Manage financial compliance including Sarbanes-Oxley testing and Audit/ACA

• Develop financial strategies and measures to support growth objectives

• Manage capital requests and achieve working capital plans

• Build best teams and improve succession pipeline within finance organization

Education

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting with 10+ years of related experience.
• MBA preferred

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in progressive accounting, financial reporting and planning in a large multi-national organization
• Ability to operate across organization boundaries and drive results in a matrixed organization

• Excellent communication skills: ability to report on analysis concisely and effectively both orally and in written format

• Strong leadership, analytical skills and sound business judgment and be comfortable working with senior management.

• Function with minimal supervision, be self-sufficient and self-starter
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP, and Microsoft Office .
