About the role
As a Senior Manufacturing & Maintenance Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across manufacturing, maintenance, and facilities. This role has a strong focus on machinery maintenance and plant reliability, while also leading strategic projects that drive growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with local leadership and corporate teams to ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manufacturing & Maintenance Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading and optimizing manufacturing processes with a strong focus on machinery maintenance as a key responsibility of the role.

  • Ensuring operational efficiency, process stability, and continuity of production across manufacturing operations.

  • Overseeing the full maintenance strategy, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment.

  • Managing critical spare parts inventory and monitoring equipment life cycle to ensure long-term reliability.

  • Reviewing, challenging, and strategically guiding the maintenance plan proposed by the Maintenance Manager.

  • Managing plant facilities infrastructure, including piping, electrical systems, cabling, and safety systems.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including ISO 9001, IATF, and OHSAS.

  • Leading high-impact projects such as new production lines, plant expansions, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Managing project scope, timelines, costs, and resources while maintaining strong communication with corporate stakeholders.


Requirements
We are looking for people who are results-driven, strategic, and strong leaders with a passion for operational excellence. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  • At least 5 years of experience in managerial or senior leadership roles.

  • Strong experience in manufacturing and assembly processes, including sub-assemblies and final assembly.

  • Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate teams.

  • Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel.

  • Basic knowledge of automation and robotics.


Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Certifications or proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing environments.

  • Exposure to high-volume or complex manufacturing operations.
