- Preparing financial reviews and supporting presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborating with business units and project managers to explain monthly variances, including plan vs. prior estimate vs. risks & opportunities.
- Developing financial models that support consolidation and analysis of actual and forecasted results.
- Partnering with operations leaders to execute the business plan, prepare action plans, and support strategic recommendations.
- Preparing ad-hoc analysis and project support as required by leadership.
- Acting as a business partner to BUs, measuring performance and delivering insights that drive informed decisions.
- Developing key reports for applied Ops to monitor attainment and operational efficiency.
- Analyzing and interpreting financial and budgetary data to generate recommendations.
- Preparing spreadsheets, dashboards, charts, and reports for financial reviews.
- Leading Cx activities and actively participating in closing and forecast cycles.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
As a minimum, you must have:

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Availability to travel up to 10%.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP ERP, and familiarity with SmartView or similar reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
