Summary:
The Quality Assurance Test Engineer will be responsible for developing automated test scripts to support our digital products.   This role will work closely with the development team to ensure quality standards are met throughout all stages of software development life cycle.   The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology, possess excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated to learn new technologies as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Develops, tests, validates, and implements applications software changes and enhancements that meet the business requirements; performs code reviews; ensures code complies with the standard defined for the project; identifies and corrects errors and inconsistencies;
• Follows standard SDLC lifecycle (i.e., analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment)
• Works under general direction;
• Independently determines and develops approach to solutions;
• Contributes to systems analysis and design;
• Ensures that CSG delivers exceptional service to customers;
• Performs other duties as assigned;

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, GITHub, BitBucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, Netsparker Dynatrace, Grafana/Loki, Splunk
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude
• Detail oriented
