Role Responsibilities:

• Providing a high level of sales support by ensuring all inquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
• Generating hire & sales quotations.

• Processing customer sales/hire purchase orders whilst liaising with depots/rehire partners on availability of equipment. 

Role Purpose:

• Creation and management of inquiries from both existing and new clients and recording information regarding customers account and the equipment required.
• Opening up new customer/supplier accounts through Carrier Portals & completing MK Denial process.
• Managing and recording all information on Sales force

Minimum Requirements:

• To complete all daily administration within our Depot network to a high standard including on-hires, offhires & exchanges.
• To be the first point of contact when customers call.
• To liaise and work effectively with the company’s operational & sales teams.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £24,785.00-£49,420.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.   

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
