Work proactively with the customer to co-ordinate and advise on the Total Rewards and Employee Relations deployment related activities and recommend opportunities for change.
As a Subject Matter Expert, perform all defined processes which are related to Total Rewards and Employee Relations on a local and regional level. Scope includes, but is not limited to administration and advisory in the areas of Mobility, Employee Benefits, Incentive Plans (global/regional/local), job analysis and design, Annual Bonus Plans, Annual Merit Process, Compensation and Benefits market surveys, Employee relations activities.
Handle a broad range of complex enquiries & support through ticket service or via phone for Managers, HRBP’s and COE’s and respond in a timely manner.
Provide input to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Explain the policies, procedures and standards to new and existing managers/HRBP’s and COE’s.
Actively identify, document, and submit process improvements by collaborating with various stakeholders and ensure fully documented end to end.
Champion the global process design as far as possible and capture any process gaps that arise from process discussions.
Utilize multiple online applications, such as ServiceNow, Workday, and others to complete critical business processes and inquiries.
Work in partnership with Carrier Business Services, HRBP’s, COE’s to deliver world class HR solutions. Ensure ongoing compliance through robust analytics and reporting.
Active participation in the introduction and implementation of any HR System (analysis, design, development and testing).
Role Purpose:
This is a broad HR role, focusing on excellence in the delivery of Total Rewards and People Relations Management. The role will be involved in delivering on key HR projects and providing customer driven people-based services as well as the implementation of Carrier Values; passion for customers, performance excellence, innovation through technology and automation and building best teams through partnership working.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have strong Total Rewards and Employee Relations domain experience (at least 5 years of hands-on deployment)
- Have experience of working in a high-volume HR environment
- Ideally have knowledge of HR processes and policies across different countries
- Have a broad understanding of HR employee lifecycles
- Be service and delivery focused with a very professional attitude
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable with spreadsheets and project management
- Have a Team player mentality
- Be able to work autonomously
- Show an interest in business issues and be motivated to add commercial value
- Be learning agile
