About the role

As an Indirect Sourcing Analyst, you will responsible for key stakeholder management in India and Abroad, effective Management of RFQ process with knowledge of Continuous process improvement and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

• Provides expertise to one or more Supply Chain disciplines in implementations and process execution.

• Works with internal teams to coordinate procurement and shipment of supplies.

• Assists in gathering information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes and prices; Provides inputs based on issues faced in day-to-day operations; Executes approved initiatives under guidance of supervisor.

• Resolves general queries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Adheres to import, export, and excise regulation as per compliance.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in In-direct sourcing

• Hands on experience in working on spend data to drive actionable insights for spend data

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).

• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and predictive analytics is a plus Strategic thinking- ability to think through and independently

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively within teams and collaborate with multiple global stakeholders for completion of projects

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
