Job description

• Managing hazard identification and risk assessment and control to include but not limited to hazardous waste/chemical management, Logout-Tag out program, safe work procedures, emergency response, etc.).
• Maintaining a strong and up to date level of knowledge of EHS laws, regulations, and standards.
• Staying updated on local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and guidelines.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential workplace hazards.
• Developing and implementing measures to control and minimize risks.
• Advising management on safety-related issues and recommendations.
• Provide and maintain EHS Training as plan.
• Investigating accidents, near misses, and other incidents.
• Leading and consulting on Safety Committees activities to ensure compliance as well as effectiveness.
• Maintaining records of accidents, incidents, occupational Illnesses, and environmental records and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Communicating or cascading necessary global information to staff and employees at the site.
• Undertakes other duties as appropriate within his/her competence as required by superior from time.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Hold certificate of Safety officer in professional level
• At least 1 year experience in Safety field
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good in computer skill such as MS office
• Knowledge Safety laws, procedure is required
• Capable of conducting health and safety training
• Proactive, interpersonal skill, good teamwork, collaborations with others
• Good knowledge of concerning Laws & Regulations.
• Able to communicate with proficient English and native Thai.
