About the role

As a Sourcing Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and fostering strong supplier relationships. You will have a direct impact on our product development and global expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate key milestones to certain projects and products.

• Lead weekly to monthly reviews with leadership on milestones status, challenges or risks.

• Organize and facilitate milestone meetings, preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

• Coordinate supplier selection based on a desired value proposal (cost, quality and customer service)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration preferred.

• 5+ years of proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in engineering and global settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in supplier development, negotiation, and contract management.

• Strong financial management skills, including budget planning, cost analysis, and forecasting.

• Proficiency in project management software, ideally Planisware. Experience with other project management tools will be considered.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced conversational English proficiency.
