About the role

We’re looking for a Quality Analyst / Quality Engineer colleague, who contributes to quality continuous improvement. This role has interface with various areas of the business (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Factories, Sales, Solutions and Service).

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• High School Degree in a Technical Field
• Proficient Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
• Fluent Hungarian and  English language knowledge
• Analytical, Communication & Mediation abilities, Root Cause analysis and Problem Solving skills

Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:

• Degree in Engineering
• Project Management
• SAP
• Formalized ISO 9001 Auditor Training
• Formalized Quality tools Training
• Formalized Problem Solving Training

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality projects for continuous improvement
• Responsible for quality support for Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Factory, Solutions,
• Responsible for processing, maintaining and improving the Call Center and Warranty Database including training and interface with users
• Responsible for problem scoping, root cause analysis and planning and implementation of actions for improvement
• Responsible for supporting the resolution and arbitration of quality issues together with cross functional team
• Responsible for data collection, consolidation, processing and analysis of Quality Metrics and other ad-hoc Reports
• Responsible for follow up and data accuracy
• Responsible for creation, review and control of quality documents
