About this role

The Program Manager overseesGlobal and North America Applied and Light Commercial HVAC new product development program execution in Syracuse NY.

The Program Manager is an Individual Contributor with cross-function internal interaction. This is an onsite opportunity in Syracuse NY.

In this role traveling of ~ 20% in North America, China, and Europe will be required.

The Program Manager is responsible for building and leading large and smaller-scale multi-functional program product development teams on several simultaneous new development projects.  This includes ongoing program communication and coordination, developing and defining baseline key performance metrics, defining investments, and schedules, executing the defined plan and meeting key targets, spearheading key program updates and tollgate reviews with all levels of leadership, and fostering a team atmosphere that engages and drives accountability to achieve favorable results as a team.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering or Business with 5+ years of project/program management experience

or

  • MA/MS degree in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of project/program management experience

Pay Range:

$90,263 - $157,959 Annually
