• 负责海外研发中心开发的新产品导入从设计阶段到进入量产前的各项工作， 项目计划，准备，试产，验证，成本控制，发放工程文件等.
• Responsible for the introduction of NPD by overseas R&D centers from the design stage to before mass production, project planning, preparation, trial production, verification, cost control, and issuance of engineering documents, etc.
• 协调项目组对海外工程团队提供及时支持.
• Coordinate the project team to provide timely support to overseas engineering teams.
• 与海外(美国、欧洲)研发团队定期进行项目会议，沟通计划进程各方面的信息.
• Regular project meetings with overseas (US, European) R&D teams to communicate information on all aspects of the planning process
• 每周召开内部项目会议，组织项目各阶段报告会议.
• Hold internal project meetings every week and organize report meetings at each stage of the project.
