Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related business disciplines.
• Fluency in English and Czech must have, any other EU language as an advantage.
• Experience with SAP modules FI and MM.
• Accurate and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Processing of incoming invoices for our international companies in Europe:
  • Posting external vendor invoices with and without purchase order.
  • Posting intercompany invoices with and without purchase order.
  • P&L account assignment in combination with cost centers and internal order numbers.
  • Control and monitoring of approval workflows.
• Check, P&L account assignment and accounting approval of purchase requisitions.
• Collaboration with internal and external partners to clarify invoice issues.
• Review and maintenance of vendor master data.
• Ensuring the monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts payable.
• Adherence to tax requirements and the necessary SOX compliance.
• Support other PTP process teams as business demand requires.
• Ongoing process optimization as part of automation and efficiency enhancement.
