Job Description

• Lead product, brand, and strategic marketing activities across residential and light commercial product portfolios
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
• Build and deliver go-to-market strategies for new product launches
• Plan, lead, and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, PR, partner marketing)
• Create campaign concepts, briefs, and messaging frameworks
• Oversee development of marketing content (brochures, guides, presentations, sales tools, CPD materials)
• Ensure all materials align with brand standards and support product and technical communication
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Digital Marketing, and technical teams
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
• Support Sales teams with effective marketing collateral to drive customer engagement and conversion
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Marketing Director

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within HVAC, construction, engineering, or technical product sectors
• Strong background in product marketing within B2B and/or B2C environments
• Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing external agencies
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
