About the role
As the FP&A Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring financial clarity and alignment across multiple sites. In this highly impactful role, you will coordinate forecasting, monthly close, planning cycles, and long‑range planning activities—helping leadership make informed, data-driven decisions. Your work will directly support operational performance, visibility, and financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
As an FP&A Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the monthly calendar and aligning FP&A activities across sites to ensure on-time deliverables for forecast, close, planning, and LRP cycles
  • Tracking and monitoring productivity performance versus targets, ensuring accurate monthly reporting to WHQ and providing visibility to BU leadership and finance teams
  • Driving the monthly pacing process (flash / current month forecast check), consolidating inputs, and identifying key drivers of variance
  • Creating monthly closing, forecast, and yearly planning packages, partnering with Ops Finance Lead to finalize commentary
  • Monitoring inventory performance at the site level and collaborating with Sales, Inventory & Operations to track corrective actions
  • Supporting the Ops Finance Lead in preparing the Monthly Operating Review deck for Carrier senior leadership
  • Driving visibility into monthly CAPEX and initiative spending through consolidation of actual and forecast data
  • Assisting in guiding CSA leadership on CAPEX allocation across competing priorities based on financial returns
  • Coordinating CAPEX investment reviews with leadership as needed
  • Performing ad-hoc financial analysis across various operational areas

Requirements

We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, analytical, highly collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:


• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 3–5 years of experience in a finance role (FP&A preferred)
• ERP knowledge such as SAP
• Knowledge of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
• Experience supporting multi-site operations
• Exposure to CAPEX management processes
• Experience creating senior leadership reporting packages
