About This Role:
Play a key role in supporting decision-making by providing valuable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, guiding informed business choices. They also enhance efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing processes, performance metrics, and outcomes, offering recommendations for optimization. Additionally, they assist in risk management by identifying trends and potential threats, helping to address challenges before they escalate into major issues.
Job Description:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.
Assist in the development and execution of business strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives.
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills to work seamlessly with different departments and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership to assess Project opportunities
Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
Sound decision-making abilities, particularly when dealing with complex and high-stakes situations.
The capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in strategic analysis with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations
3+ years of experience in Excel, SQL, Tableau
3+ years of business operations experience, market dynamics, and strategic planning processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field is typically required.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and financial modeling is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and convincingly.
