About this role:

Carrier Commercial Services is seeking a motivated, energetic, customer-focused individual to join the organization as a service technician to support our Raleigh / Greensboro market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform factory startups, preventative maintenance, repairs, and retrofits
• Assist in sales estimates
• Achieve annual compliance goals
• Conduct customer needs assessments, including going to the various job sites
• Conduct walk-throughs and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Manage customer accounts by building relationships
• Complete work on various types of equipment
• Utilize iPhone to conduct safety training, job-site inspections, report time, and create customer service reports

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience working as a HVAC Technician in the HVAC Residential or Commercial industries.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-motivated to achieve compliance goals and objectives
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to analyze a situation and problem solve
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A basic understanding of Windows 10 is preferred
• Proficiency with an iPhone is preferred
• Willingness to climb stairs and/or ladders
