Are you a dynamic, relationship-driven sales professional with a technical background? Do you thrive in an international environment, managing both existing client relationships and hunting for new opportunities?

If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Technical Sales Manager for the EMEA region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge products like container machines, gensets, and telematics while providing the potential for significant professional growth.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Manage sales of container machines, gensets, and telematics solutions within defined areas of the EMEA region.
    • Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with the Aftermarket service team.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Assist with monitoring invoicing, prepayment, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
    • Proactively engage with existing customers (70%) while seeking out new opportunities (30%), using Teams, email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
    • Collaborate with other departments (engineers, customer service, etc.) to manage interactions effectively.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, plus proficiency in another language.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of shipping transport and container machinery.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and work in a technical sales environment.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal skills, with an open and extroverted personality.
    • Willingness and ability to travel (40% across EMEA, including occasional travel to the Middle East, UK, Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal).
    • A deep technical understanding of the products you will be selling.
