About this Role:
As a Contracts and Connections Specialist you will be an established Field Service professional. Interacting with customers and field team members, Analyzing and interpreting test information to resolve design/system-related problems.
Role Responsibilities:
- Contracts: Renewal review, Correctly process contract cancelations, PM Plan management, Booking new contracts, Specialized monthly contract billing/Assist with any AR request from the (AMS) related to contract invoices, Owns the contract handoff review with sales and Service Manager, Review PM and Renewals DMB metrics be able to speak to progress, changes, etc., Parts management for annuals, Responsible for any scope change updates.
- Warranty, Startup: Setup all Warranty jobs and validate warranty status prior to setup, Review Open Warranty jobs daily, Complete all needed documents for Warranty claiming, Complete claiming process within 10 days of Warranty completion, Order any parts for warranty jobs, Own warranty call with the warranty admin team and Area Managers, Communicate with technicians regarding information needed for warranty, Provide tech with all information needed for startup.
- Connections: Setup abound connection case with the startup case, Provide schedule to Service Coordinator during S&O meetings related to start up and connections, monitor Abound cases & alarms.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ experience of Service Coordinator
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of new contracts and renewal processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce/S4/SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
