About the role

He/she is the referent person for all the Trade Marketing & Promotion activities for the international markets and subsidiaries (GCS Europe).

He/she will be a part of the Channel Marketing Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade & Promotion plan management and monitoring

  • Be the referent for all Sales & Marketing organizations for the Trade & Promotion activities (ATL, BTL, POS, merchandising, meetings/trainings, events, ...).
  • Define Trade & Promotion plan/activities for each branch and market, together with HQ and according to the BU growth strategy.
  • Support and develop with the local Sales & Marketing teams all the marketing activities for all the dedicated targets.
  • Monitor the progress, the marketing expenses and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Be in touch with all Sales & Marketing teams for updating the Trade and promotion plan of each market and target, and to report progresses, costs and KPIs.
  • Be proactive as a key element in sharing best practices with all Sales & Marketing teams.

Trade & Promotion activities

  • Be responsible for all the core Trade & Promotion projects for international markets and subsidiaries.
  • Be responsible of the strategic and operational promotional activities.
  • Support and manage activities with local Sales & Marketing Teams in less organizationally structured markets.
  • Support and manage local fairs and events (offline: meetings/trainings/events... and online webinars/seminars/…).
  • Provide insights, define and track key performance measures of all core projects.
  • Work closely with external distributors (online activities/promotional platforms, printing activities and printing quotes).

Requirements

  • University Degree in Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in B2B industries is a plus.
  • 3+ years of working experience in similar roles, in an international environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team.
  • Willingness to travel.
