Responsibilities:

• To achieve company's sales goals by focusing on manage existing customers and develop potential opportunities

• Promote Carrier products (e.g. CarrierSMART, HBP program, SR package, BluEDGE)

• To actively further strategic markets and develop strong and rewarding customer relationships

• To prepare and deliver presentations explaining contracts, services or products to customers

• To secure and renew maintenance contract to customers

• To assist in researching and developing new products / services 

• To work closely with sales team for achieving company targets 

Requirements:

• Bachelor in related disciplines, i.e. Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience gained in HVAC / Building Services Industry

• Excellent communication and customer facing skills

• Self-initiated and motivated, able to work with different customer segments

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in using MS applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
