VRF Specialist

Role Responsibilities:

• Support VRF product sales, growth, and sales solutions by building consultative relationships and trust with engineering, owner, and contracting customers.
• Build and manage business relationship with assigned consultant firms through sales and technical supports
• Support Carrier engineers and channel partners with design, application, and code compliance
• Help to position Carrier / Toshiba VRF products in competitive edge through spec in activities
• Provide commercial and application-based technical training to sales team and channel partners
• Coordinate with all government/ certified parties to ensure that our VRF product could be certified or align with all related codes or regulations.
• Work closely with factories engineering and product development team for products / technical supports

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related field
• At least 3 years working experience in HVAC business (Heating Ventilation Air conditioning) system with strong background on VRF products
• Sales engineering or product development background will be a plus
• Able to work under diverse culture
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, good team player and initiative
• Good interpersonal, service-minded and presentation skills
• Possess valid driving license and be able to travel for customer meetings and site visits
