About the role 

This position supervises entry and intermediate professional level employees or team leaders of support employees in Test and Validation, plans the use of facilities, coordinates activities, and implements projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages a staff of professional employees for engineering testing projects, from start to finish, to ensure that all testing is completed on time and within budget.

• Plans or directs the, testing, and or maintenance of systems to enable smooth operations.

• Reviews test results and confirms operations with clients and engineering teams are in line with necessary specifications and regulations.

• Provides consultative support to multiple teams to determine testing results impact to systems.

As a minimum you must have

• 5 years of experience in test team management.

• Experience in managing work groups in manufacturing / mtto / test areas.

• Experience in programming languages, Lab View, Python, PLC programming.

• Experience in automation equipment integration.

• Experience in HVAC industry.

• Intermediate English.

• Knowledge of Autocad / solidworks design.
