About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, delivering reliable support and ensuring a smooth documentation and after-sales experience. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and supporting product shipment and contract processes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

• Working independently to support customers via phone or electronic communication, providing information about products and services
• Addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, including moderately complex issues, while following established procedures
• Documenting customer interactions and resolving issues, escalating or redirecting cases to appropriate departments when required
• Facilitating documentation for product shipments to various customers
• Providing after-sales support for assigned customer contracts when required

Requirements

We are looking for people who are customer-focused, organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• 1+ year of previous customer service experience
• Proficient reading and writing skills in English, with intermediate speaking ability
• Experience working with SAP
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience handling moderately complex customer cases
• Familiarity with documentation or shipment processes
• Experience working in a fast-paced service environment
