About the role 

Test Engineer Jr responsible for conducting electrical, mechanical, and performance testing on air conditioning units (cooling and heat pumps) according to industry standards such as ANSI, AHRI, and ASHRAE.  

Key Responsibilities

As Test Engineer Jr, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Conducting comprehensive testing on air conditioning units. 
• Analyzing test data and generate detailed reports. 
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 
• Maintaining an acceptable level of 5s in the lab 

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:  

• BSc in Mechatronic, Electric, Electronic, Engineering. 
• 1- 2 years of experience in a related field. 
• Proficiency in using test equipment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Advanced English 

Technical Knowledge

• AHRI, ASTM D4169 Shipping and ASHRAE 41.2 standards. 
• ISO/IEC 17025 quality system. 
• Refrigeration systems. 
• Providing technical expertise during the evaluation of test results. 
• Laboratory tools and equipment.
