About the role

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the enterprise infrastructure and platform teams to deliver a unified integration solution. You will be responsible for defining the security guidelines for Integration security, enterprise standards for service integration, CI/CD integration and monetization approach. You will be responsible for assessing the API and Micro service governance solutions and integrate them with the existing technology stack. The candidate will also provide technical and strategic leadership to the Global Integration management practice and dedicated agile teams for digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in leading, delivering, and program/project mgmt. of Integration deployments through hands on and enabling talent
• 10+ years hands- on experience with architecting Integration solutions using platforms such as Layer 7, Boomi, Cloud API Gateways, AWS, Oracle, MS SQL, Kafka, ETL
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in API security standards and implementation (oAuth, OpenID Connect, Okta)
• Experience with SOAP, REST web services, integration technologies like ESB
• Experience with complete solution building from user experience to networking
• Strong experience with Web Services, Micro services, and Asynchronous messaging
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Experience with Carrier products, systems, infrastructure, and API solutions preferred

Responsibilities

• Accountable to develop and drive the execution of ERP Integration related roadmap while partnering with BU CIO, business, product, and architecture teams.
• Work with executive leadership to map legacy and new integration opportunities against actionable ROI and defined roadmaps
• Be an ERP Integration point of contact for the business unit for prioritization, strategy, communication, and deployment of ERP Integrations.
• Proactively educate business and digital leadership about current capabilities, their limitations, and features available in the integration space and influence the implementation of new features.
• Develop and lead an ERP Integration pod from the ground up
• Ensure that product and architecture teams understand BU’s strategic direction and priorities in influencing the global ERP strategy, roadmap, technology decision, design, and deployment of solution. Understand what is working and what needs improvement. Contribute to individual project designs that have properly incorporated business directions and priorities.
• Define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from business and digital leadership
• Ensure alignment with other Digital project teams to standardize and leverage common functionalities across Carrier

• Influence the enterprise by leading with an agile culture and serve as a servant leader
• Lead the identification and prioritization of capabilities resulting from the process work. Ensures the connection between the capabilities and the enterprise value streams

• Work closely with application solution architects to maintain and ensure best practice paradigms and provide impact assessments and solution recommendations as appropriate
• Partner with the shared services team to build robust and resilient integrations

• Create strategies for growing our Integration program & business in terms of revenue growth, product/portfolio penetration, customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS) and overall profitability
• Enforce Organizational standards for enhanced cross domain governance

• Develop and present quarterly roadmap presentations
