About this role

Leads team of intermediate to experienced Field Service professionals. Reviews escalated issues, establishes and maintains a good relationship with key customers, and responds to escalated complaints from high-profile customers. Responsible for maintaining training and audit/assessment programs and training field service staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for on time, on budget, quality implementations of HVAC modernization and i-Vu controls projects in seven Commercial Service markets
• Responsible for recruiting, development, and safety of project managers, engineers, and coordinators
• Review and provide input into project bids
• Build relationships with key accounts and subcontractors
• Key member of Zone leadership staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of Leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing company
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of Project Management  experience
• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• PMP preferred
• Working knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems
• Commercial service management experience
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of local building codes and an ability to use resources at hand to develop solutions
• Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to navigate SalesForce.com, ServiceMax, ERP, and other business applications
