Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the direct sales of chilled water equipment's (Chillers, AHUs & FCUs)
  • Builds and manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process
  • Generating new business and ensuring growth of existing accounts
  • Meeting the forecast and the goals set for the sales and order.
  • Increase the market share.
  • Follow up the quotation status with the customers, understand the project requirements and pitch in the right solution with the support of application engineer.
  • Close coordination with the factories on the required pricing and support.
  • Review the final technical submittals, contracts.
  • Negotiate the pricing and the payments terms with the customers.
  • Payment follow-up with the customers.
  • Participate in the weekly / month sales review.
  • Gather market insights and generate new leads
  • Coordination with the factories on the equipment and arranging the deliveries.
  • Responsible for submitting the invoices to the customers.
  • Follow up the complete delivery cycle.
  • Making the project costing.
  • Coordinating with the factories on the discounts.
  • Customer visits.
  • Review in details the technical proposals.
  • Proper ordering to the factories.

Role Purpose:

  • Looking for well established., organized and professional Senior Sales Engineer supporting sales activities to support the department strategies and the targets.
  • Enhance the customer relationship and increase the market share.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Mechanical Engineering,
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the Sales of chilled water products (Chillers, AHUs & FCUs)
  • Preferred to have experience in the western region market (Jeddah)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven solid track record of sales in Saudi market.
  • Dynamic & passion for sales, customer oriented.
