Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and end users.

• Promote Carrier RLC product portfolio, including VRF, split systems, heat pumps, and light commercial HVAC solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate project pipelines.

• Follow up on project specifications, tenders, quotations, and negotiations to secure sales orders.

• Provide technical and commercial support during pre-sales and tendering stages.

• Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical seminars.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and business ethics requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related disciplines.

• 2-6 years of sales experience in HVAC, Building Services, MVAC, E&M or related industries.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience may be considered for junior positions.

• Familiarity with VRF systems, Chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, or building services products is preferred.

• Experience in project sales, consultant sales, or contractor channels is an advantage.

• Good understanding of tendering process and construction project cycles.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
