About the role

The Marketing Programs Specialist is responsible for leading and optimizing residential HVAC dealer and consumer programs that support business growth, customer loyalty, and competitive differentiation. This role serves as a key liaison across Marketing, Warranty, Sales, Finance, Digital, Legal, Customer Experience, and IT teams to develop, implement, and manage strategic programs, business processes, reporting solutions, and customer-facing experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and program leadership capabilities with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Own the residential warranty program strategy and roadmap, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Digital, Customer Experience, Legal, Engineering, and IT teams to identify priorities and drive implementation.
• Serve as business lead for warranty initiatives, policy enhancements, process improvements, and technology capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive warranty offerings, customer insights, and business performance to identify opportunities for differentiation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate program performance and develop recommendations to improve participation, customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial results.
• Lead implementation of new programs, policies, and process enhancements from concept through launch.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations supported by data and measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 + years of experience in marketing programs, business operations, project management, product marketing, and/or consumer programs
• 5 + years of experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Education and/or experience in Marketing, Business, Warranty, Finance, or Economics
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building executive presentations and communicating recommendations to leadership.
• HVAC experience preferred

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
