About the role

Role Description:

DOC Control Engineer will be responsible for documentation workflow, implementing changes to the system, liaising with HW/SW/FW teams Product managers and project managers

Responsibilities:

• Processing and monitoring of data and documentation in:
  ERP Oracle, SupportCentral, or ARAS PLM system.

• Preparation of cost reports, BOM reports, entering new products into the system, creating BOM and lists of electronic and mechanical components.

• Responsibility for documentation compliance, including BOM, schematics, drawings, MPN, software/firmware, labels, RoHS, Reach.

• Initiation and monitoring of ECO/TDA/PRR/GCES processes.

• Collaboration with factory teams.

• Management and maintenance of various tools and systems for documentation control.

• Management and maintenance of the SKU database.

• Close cooperation with PgM, PM, ETL, Team leaders,

Requirements:

• At least intermediate English and Polish level with a strong emphasis on effective written and verbal communication.

• Basic ability to read technical documentation, BOM, mechanical drawing, electronics schematic.

• Basic knowledge of ERP or PLM systems

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Must have:

• Higher technical education (bachelor's degree level) - mechanics, electrical, electronics, mechatronics
