About this role

The Carrier Energy Program Management Senior Associate is critical in supporting business development and sales with Utility clients. The Program Management Senior Associate maintains accurate records, prepares relevant reports, provides administrative support for Utility clients and partners and fosters effective communication and coordination among client/partner teams and Carrier Energy IPTs. With a strong commitment to continuous improvement, proactively identify areas for process enhancement and propose solutions to boost efficiency.

This position is for a professional in Program Management, who works independently, supporting the IPT workstreams and IPMT leader for Sales and Business Development. In this role, reporting into the Pricing IPT Lead the successful candidate will review, prepare, and organize the support for the team master plan using MS TEAMs, Asana and Confluence with the goal to recommend resolutions for program problems and bottlenecks, coordinating vendors, maintaining progress reports, and supports customer, partner and contractor engagements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Carrier Energy Program Management Senior Associate, you will perform, but not limited to, activities and tasks listed below:

• Collaborate with other IPT teams to address customer needs and business-related issues
• Facilitate the flow of information amongst members of cross functional team.
• Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
• Overall progress and health of projects and programs
• Status of milestones and deliverables across the target Utilities portfolio
• Program risks and progress on mitigating these risks
• Creation of program reports using Asana, Confluence and MS Tools
• Assist with problem-solving, overcome project blockers, and mitigate risks
• Gather and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Other administrative duties as required including PO’s, Expense Report support, trade show coordination, managing overall IPT teams calendar in Confluence, etc)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• 1+ years of experience working in Utility Programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Asana and Confluence
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
