Responsibilities:

• To achieve the set sales and gross margin targets
• To expand the service base customers network in Brunei
• To grow service businesses through getting new service agreement, repair and retrofit jobs by constantly seeking opportunities and close customer follow-up
• Report to the Service Manager of Brunei HVAC operation
• Lead a technician team to achieve departmental objectives and to ensure that the team complies to EH&S requirement.
• Work closely with the Service Manager in execution of service plan
• Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians and contractors
• Manage sub-contractors to complete job order timely and appropriately
• Responsible for supporting customers' requests, technical, services, warranty, complaints, etc, promptly and accurately
• Participate in tenders, submit quotations, project follow up, closing sales, capture all costs, implement works & follow up on collection
• To Handle EHS roles & responsibility for Brunei operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge in servicing and maintaining air-conditioning equipment, especially Chillers, AHU, VRF/VRV, HI wall Split, Cassette, Ducted, Ceiling Mounted units
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Resourceful, pro-active, resilient and results driven
• Must be hands on person
• Possesses valid driving license and has own car
