About the role

This role will Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, Drive revenue growth through account expansion and retention, Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams and Understand client business needs and deliver tailored solutions

Role Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

• Proficiency in SAP, MS office

Role Purpose:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients

• Understand client business needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma / Engineering Degree

• 3 to 4 years HVAC industry experience

• All south indian language proficiency
