About the role:
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic HR Project Manager to join our team. This position will lead critical HR programs focused on the recruitment, development, engagement and retention of Commercial HVAC service technicians. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for talent and a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR programs designed to attract, develop, engage and retain Commercial HVAC Field Service technicians.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to design and implement programs supporting enhanced talent acquisition, early career programs, onboarding and orientation, technical training, career pathing, managerial practices, and total rewards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior management, to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on program performance, including key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Data and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for talent initiatives, improving processes and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 + years of experience in Human Resources
- Ability to travel 10-20% regionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing complex projects
- Post-graduate degree (complete or in-process).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, embracing challenges as an opportunity to design innovative solutions.
