About the role

As a Sales Engineer, Life Cycle Solution, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solution sales for new projects, retrofits, and upgrades of air conditioning systems. This position is dedicated to extending the lifecycle and enhancing the efficiency of HVAC systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop opportunities for lifecycle solutions in HVAV industry. energy efficiency upgrades, and retrofits.

• Engage with facility managers, building owners, and contractors to promote lifecycle solutions.

• Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

• Provide technical recommendations based on a thorough understanding of air conditioning systems.

• Prepare technical proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and presentations for clients.

• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to design customized HVAC upgrade solutions

• Foster and maintain long-term partnerships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in sales or service of air conditioning systems, preferably in lifecycle solutions

• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and their maintenance needs with ability to analyze system performance and recommend suitable lifecycle solutions

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English

• Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and regulations in Thailand
