•           Deployment.  Ensure quality deployment of controls systems, methods and tools to ongoing Business Unit projects directing staff to achieve on time and budget delivery.

•           Process. Development of workflows/standard work that capture prescriptive and reliable processes for carrying out control system development from requirements capture to architecture determination and validation to implementation and verification.

•           Talent. Develop talent and technology pipelines in controls take on increasing levels of responsibility in product development.
