About the role

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling Sensitech's integrated information management systems and temperature-monitoring devices, providing customized in-transit solutions for environmentally sensitive products.

Requirements

  • A BS or BA degree with 3 years previous sales experience.
  • Experience in working with Food/C&I manufacturing, quality, logistics, supply chain strongly preferred.
  • Experience in selling software, or services.
  • Must have the ability to develop a strategic plan for the defined territory and the tactical action skills to exceed the financial goals of the territory. 
  • Perform effective online demos and web-presentations to prospects.
  • Strong phone presence and experience supporting customers remotely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fluent in English and Polish. Knowledge any other Eastern European language is a plus.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

EH&S REQUIREMENTS

  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
  • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
  • Attend scheduled EH&S training program.
  • Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.
  • Recommend improved EH&S practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall account management and growth of existing accounts assigned to the inside sales territory.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails ensuring a healthy pipeline.
  • Responsible for general market research of accounts to identify key players and generate interest.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly / annual quotas maintaining existing customers and finding new ones.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements and collaborate with our cross-functional teams to deliver a solution.
  • Responsible for obtaining market knowledge and research of past accounts that have not reordered.
  • Other tasks may be assigned and required.
  • An estimated 15% of travel may be required.
  • Attendance at required trade shows.
