About this role
Carrier’s Human Resources Technology team has an opportunity for a dynamic HR Technology Product Manager - Workday Core HCM with a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives through innovative technology solutions. Expertise in Workday Core HCM and related systems, coupled with a strong aptitude for translating business needs into impactful technology roadmaps are essential. Alongside the proven ability to lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional employee HR Technology Product Manager - Workday Core HCM needs to be committed to leveraging technology to enhance HR efficiency, improve data-driven decision-making, and foster a positive work culture.
This is a remote position for someone that is living in the USA.

Key Responsibilities
Identify & support HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes for Carrier
Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions
Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing current and future technology investments
Responsible for planning, designing, configuring, and testing solution options in Workday Core HCM
Stay current with Workday, leading HCM technologies, and Gen AI
Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determine additional Workday and emerging technologies in Core HCM & Staffing at Carrier
Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes
Lead and develop a high-performing team (direct, matrix, consultants) to achieve strategic objectives
Share the knowledge gained on product innovation with HR Technology team members and the relevant business stakeholders
Develop trusted and strategic relationships with the business stakeholders and the Digital Technology teams
Lead the development of a strategic technology roadmap for Core HCM
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology projects and teams
2+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources or related field
Workday Core HCM including configuration
Broad management and leadership knowledge
Relevant certifications in Workday Core HCM
Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Acquisitions, Mergers and Divestitures
Work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment
Able to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization
Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA
Experience with project management methodologies for leading product development

The annual salary for this position is between $143,250– $200,750. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
